Leader of the opposition and the leader of the Samagi Jana Balawegaya, Sajith Premadasa, has emphasized that he will definitely contest the upcoming presidential election with any opponent.

Leader of the opposition, Sajith Premadasa, also points out that a group of the President Ranils Wickremasinghe’s main government and the United National Party is spreading fake news according to the "Goebbels" theory.

Sajith Premadasa has also accused that it is those who made fraudulent agreements with Gotabaya Rajapakshe when he was contesting against Gota at the presidential election in order to defeat him, who spread these absurd, false and baseless news according to the "Goebbels" theory.

Sajith Premadasa claims that the minds of these people have been distorted and the only and definite answer that can be given to these people is to contest the presidential election with any opponent as the opposition leader with any component.

Sajith Premadasa who points out that he is not a coward who is afraid of death because of the fake news being spread by this group that he will not contest at the presidential election, also emphasized that he is ready to face any challenge any day and that he has never entered to any deal with dictator Rajapakshe.
