Ravel band rejected

The request, made by former Governor Keerthi Tennakoon, to issue a restraining order against Former Minister of Finance Basil Rajapaksa and former Secretary to the Ministry of Finance S.R.  Attygalle until the 2nd of next month has been rejected by Additional Magistrate of Colombo Magistrate Court Mr. Harshana Kakunawala Monday (18).

Presidential Counsel Mr. Maithree Gunarathne has appeared for former Governor Keerthi Tennakoon. The Additional Magistrate extended the travel ban issued on the Central Bank former Governor, Ajith Nivard Cabraal until the 2nd of next month issue summons to him appear at the Court on the next date.

Even though the Additional Magistrate, considering the request made by former Governor Keerthi Tennakoon, had issued summons on Ajith Nivard Cabraal to appear before Court on recent 8th, he was not present at Court.
