Canada Finance Minister Bill Morneau has resigned

Allegations for misusing welfare funds for foreign tours

Has the Prime Minister too misused this fund

Canada Finance Minister Bill Morneau  has resigned over allegations related to a welfare fund. He had been charged for utilizing the fund for his foreign torus and not settling his expenses.  Prime Minister Justin Trudeau  and his family members too are facing similar allegations for using money from this fund. Bill Morneau has been serving in the Cabinet of Canadian Government from 2015.

Bill Morneau said he is leaving politics and has put his name forward as a candidate to lead the Organization for Economic Cooperation and Development (OECD). Somehow Trudeau thanked Morneau for his five years as Finance Minister and said in a statement that Canada would support his bid to lead the OECD.
