Over Five Hundred Thousand youths who actively represented the Youth Front of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna have decided to remain independent in the Presidential Election to defeat it due to the behaviors of Presidential candidate Gotabaya Rajapaksha and Hambantota Parliamentarian Namal Rajapaksha.

These youths who broke away from “ Nil Balakaya” against Gotabaya Rajapaksha and Namal Rajapaksha had organized as “ Sri Lanka Youth Front” in which permanent membership is 588,500.

this team had taken this decision with the intention of building a new political culture in the country against Mahinda Rajapaksha’s effort of taking Namal Rajapaksha to the kingship through the shoulders of the youths, nominating Gotabaya Rajapaksha as the Presidential candidate when there were seniors as well as democratic leaders such as Dinesh Gunawardena to establish the power of the family, trying to establish a military regime and not allowing youths to come forward.

“ Nil Balakaya “ that was established to take Namal Rajapaksha to the kingship, has been totally inactivated by now and as a result they cannot be seen in the Election campaign of Presidential candidate of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Gotabaya Rajapaksha.

Mr. Basila Rjapaksha who knows that without these youths who established the political opinion of the Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna spreading though out the country, handled the youth of this country, conducted public surveys and converted opponents to SLPP after convincing through the results of these surveys , submitted strategic plans and who handled the whole social media, winning the Election is impossible. Even though he had tried his level best to get them back, the youth font had refused

Their intention is to prevent youths from voting for Presidential candidate of Sri Lanka Podujana Peramuna Gotabaya Rajapaksha to ensure that a Military Regime will not be established in this country and to change the direction of this country by bringing about a new political culture by electing a fair number of youth to the Parliament from every District after forming a new political party.
