Mahela is a poor consultant at all..?

Former Sri Lanka captain and current cricket consultant for Sri Lanka Cricket Team Mahela Jayewardena could not show  his colors up to now. The Sri Lanka team lost important matches after his appointment. But he was successful when held the captaincy for the Sri Lanka team.

But why can’t he use that talent to make a winning team which shows that he is not capable as a consultant. Hence the Sri Lanka team will never be able to come up under his guidance. If Jayawardena feels that he is not capable as a consultant, he should leave the position.

Is maintaining him as a consultant by Sri Lanka Cricket worthy..?
